As the National Union of Ghana Students Secretary for Women's Development, I recently visited Kantamanto Market, which was devastated by a tragic fire. The market, once vibrant, now stands as a place of sorrow and lost dreams. We met resilient market women and children who have lost their livelihoods and hope. We made modest donations but emphasize that true healing requires unity and collective action. We urge the government and all capable organizations and individuals to extend compassion and support to these brave souls. Together, we can rebuild Kantamanto Market and bring hope back to those affected.
